Non profit making organization, « Aetius asbl » is a French-language association under Belgian law, inspired by
humanist and classical traditions with a
bicultural spirit French- English frame of mind. In the literary field, the association is acting under the name :
« EURELIT Editions »
Its aims are twofold : first, to restore pride of place to culture as opposed to bussiness considerations and, second, to give back to authors full control over the works they have created. Following on «
Aetius, vanquisher of Attila », roman tragedy written by Georges Thibeaux, the next few books will comprise
a series of seven novels from the same author covering the period from 1935 to 2007 with the Second World War and Europe as their background.
The seventh novel 'Operation Arcadius' on the theme of the terrorism is written in English.
Against a backcloth of political and criminal intrigues from Warsaw to Dublin through Athens and Paris, these novels explore the contemporary situation in the European Union and the latter’s ability to confront the challenges of the 21st century.
